I earned multiple degrees at the college and university level. My education programs involved working with texts, administrative skills, and teaching. Since 2007, I have worked as a manuscript technician or copyeditor for various institutions and performed freelance editing for academic papers and other professional literature. I have experience writing or editing the nonfiction documents listed on the Home Page. 

For some readers, a nonfiction text appears dull and confusing. I have a talent for imbuing your writing with energy, clarity, and purpose. I believe every text has a narrative, which I seek to discover and illuminate. A light touch of narrative helps the reader grasp the purpose of the writing.

I also have a talent for mimicking an author’s writing style. Thus, after line editing, your writing will sound like “you” and not “me.”  

Today, I love helping authors develop their ideas and meet their writing goals! To maintain a healthy work-life balance, my hobbies are cooking, baking, foraging for natural foods, and landscaping.​​
